Our country is not a hotel, it is our home. This is our plan for immigration, legal and illegal.

Our Deportation Bill would:

• Ensure automatic deportations - for illegal arrivals.
  
• Give powers to deport all foreign criminals – if you break the law here, you go home.
• Add an annual cap on migration – ensuring migration levels are determined by those who are elected by the British people.
• Double the residency requirement for Indefinite Leave to Remain from 5 to 10 years – British citizenship is a privilege to be earned, not a right to be claimed. 
• Give new powers to revoke Indefinite Leave to Remain – allowing us to remove those who have become a burden to the UK. 
• Remove the Human Rights Act from all immigration-related matters – Stopping the exploitation our court system.
  
• Increase the salary threshold for work visas to £38,700 - to help protect British workers.
